Refunds & Returns
As our products are grown from natural mycelium and custom made, we cannot we can’t offer you a refund or return option.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged on arrival, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Quality
Mycelium is a natural grown product. During the growth process several effects can occur. These effects are a natural result from the growth conditions and are not considered eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Before the products are sent, the quality has been assessed and deemed acceptable for sale.
The following effects may occur:
Discoloration
Color differences, stains, mold, marks, pattern indications.
Cavities, tears, growths
Surface differences, holes, cavities, (minor) tears or break lines, damages to edges, overgrowth and early mushroom indications, density differences.
Fitting
Differences in fit between lids and buckets. Too narrow, too loose, color differences.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@myceliummaterial.com and follow the Shipping Return policy below.
Shipping returns
After proof of the damages on the item is accepted, return shipping is not necessary, unless communicated otherwise. The mycelium item can be composted in a compost pile or in nature. This policy is in place to prevent unnecessary transport, packaging and costs.
